ZapNotify sits in the middle. Your agent gets a key that can only do one thing: send messages and files to you. It can't read your chats, see your number or act as you.

Set it up in 3 steps

Open your invite link

You get a one-time link from the owner. Open it in Telegram and tap Start. Links work once and expire after 7 days.

Copy your key

The bot replies with your personal key, starting with zn_. It's shown once, so keep it somewhere safe.

Give it to your agent

Store the key as a secret, for example ZAPNOTIFY_KEY, and paste the agent instructions below. That's it.

Send a message

One request: your key in the header, the text in body. Add title or up to 10 attach files if you want.

What arrives in Telegram

Text

Titles show in bold. Long texts are split into several messages automatically.

Photos and videos

jpg, png and webp show as photos, mp4 and mov as playable videos.

Any other file

Reports, logs, zips and PDFs arrive as downloads. Programs like .exe are refused.

Post into a Telegram group

Want the whole team to see what your agent reports? Connect a group. Each group gets its own key, so your personal key keeps going to you.

Your agent uses the group key ZapNotify key → group everyone in the group sees it
  1. 1Add the bot

    In the group, tap its name, then Add members, and pick @zapnotifyuk_relay_bot.

  2. 2Send /connect

    You need to be a group admin with a ZapNotify account. If other bots are in the group, send /connect@zapnotifyuk_relay_bot.

  3. 3Use the group key

    The key arrives in your private chat with the bot, never in the group. Give it to the agent the same way as above.

Heads-up: anything the agent posts is visible to every member, so keep secrets out of group messages. To stop, send /disconnect in the group or simply remove the bot, and its key stops working at once.

Privacy, in plain words

What the bot can see
  • Your Telegram ID, first and last name, @username and language
  • Profile photo, bio and birthday, only if your privacy settings show them
  • Messages you send to the bot itself
What it never sees
  • Your phone number, email, IP address or location
  • Your other chats, groups or contacts
  • Anything at all, for your agent: it can only send, and your replies never reach it
  • Normal chat in groups you add it to

We store your chat ID, first name, @username, account status, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your key and daily counters. Message text and files go straight through to you and are never saved.

In groups the bot runs in Telegram's privacy mode: it only receives commands and replies aimed at it, never the group's normal chat. For a connected group it stores the group ID, its title and who connected it.
